2. What are your current premiums for kilobars? +
Our premiums are market-driven and depend on factors such as quantity, delivery location, brand, and market conditions. I would be happy to discuss your specific requirements and provide the most competitive quote available at the time.
3. Do you quote Loco Singapore or Loco Hong Kong? +
We can provide quotations based on both Loco Singapore and Loco Hong Kong, depending on your requirements. We also support location swap arrangements between Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai where applicable.
4. Do you supply 995 or 9999 gold? +
Yes, we primarily supply 99.99% purity gold bars from LBMA-approved refiners, DGD-approved refiners, and other internationally recognized brands, subject to product availability.
5. What are your delivery timelines? +
Delivery timelines depend on product availability, shipment size, destination, and customs clearance requirements. However, we always strive to arrange shipment as efficiently as possible after trade confirmation and payment settlement.
6. Do you have experience shipping to Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, or the Middle East? +
We are familiar with regional logistics, We also work with trusted logistics partners such as BRINKS to support secure deliveries.
7. How can we do the Location Swap? +
Location swaps can be arranged based on the desired locations, quantity, and market liquidity. Once we understand your requirements—for example, Singapore to Dubai or Hong Kong to Dubai—we can provide a quotation and explain the settlement process, timing, and applicable charges.
8. Do you also sell and buy silver as well? +
Yes, we are active in both gold and silver markets. Depending on the product type, quantity, and market availability, we can discuss both buying and selling opportunities for silver products.
9. Can I trade online, or do I always have to call or come into the office? +
You can do both! We offer a specialized online trading platform called YLG Global Trader. It gives you 24/7 access to real-time market prices, competitive bid/offer spreads, and automatic order execution. The platform is fully optimized for PC, iPhone, and iPad, meaning you can lock in your gold prices anytime, anywhere, even during US or European market hours.
10. If I buy gold on your online platform, how do I actually take physical delivery? +
All trades executed on our platform represent real, fully allocated physical bullion. When you are ready to take physical possession, you have two options:

1. Self-Collection:
You can schedule an appointment to pick up your bars directly from our secure office in Singapore.

2. Secure Door-to-Door Delivery:
For larger volumes or high-security needs, we coordinate with world-class, reputable security carriers (like Brink's or Malca-Amit) to deliver the gold safely and fully insured directly to your location or designated vault.
11. What is the minimum amount required to open a trading account? +
The minimum initial funding requirement depends on the account type and trading products selected. Our account opening team will provide the latest funding requirements and available account options during the application process.
12. What documents are required to open an account? +
For individual accounts, you typically need:

• Valid Passport or NRIC
• Proof of Residential Address (issued within the last 3 months)
• Bank Account Details
• Completed Account Opening Forms

Additional documents may be required depending on regulatory requirements.
13. How long does the account opening process take? +
Once all required documents are submitted and verified, the account opening process usually takes 1–3 business days, subject to compliance approval and document verification.
14. Are there any account maintenance fees? +
YLG Bullion Singapore does not charge a standard account maintenance fee. However, certain services such as physical bullion storage, delivery, or special transactions may incur separate charges.
15. Is there a demo account available for new clients? +
The demo account is available for the clients who wish to familiarize themselves with trading functions before trading with live funds. Our team will request the demo for you.
16. What are the trading hours? +
Trading hours generally follow the international precious metals market. Trading is available almost 24 hours a day during weekdays, with brief market maintenance periods and weekend closures.
17. How can I fund my trading account? +
You can fund your account through bank transfer to YLG Bullion Singapore's designated client account. Detailed banking instructions will be provided after your account application is approved.
18. Is my money kept in a segregated account? +
Client funds are handled in accordance with applicable regulatory and company requirements. Our team can explain the safeguarding measures and fund management procedures during the onboarding process.
19. Can I withdraw my funds at any time? +
Yes, clients may request withdrawals of available funds at any time, subject to verification procedures, settlement of open positions, and applicable company policies.

21. What documents and information do I need to provide to open an account with YLG? +
To open an account with YLG, customers are required to submit KYC documents. For companies, this typically includes the company registration certificate, shareholder information, authorized signatory details, passport or ID copies, and proof of address. Additional documents may be requested depending on the customer's jurisdiction and business activities. We will provide the checklist for more details.
22. How long does the account opening and approval process take? +
The account opening process usually takes a few business days after all required documents have been submitted and verified. The timeline may vary depending on the completeness of the documents and compliance review requirements.
23. Is there a minimum trading volume, or initial deposit requirement? +
The minimum trading volume in the platform is 0.01 oz for XAU and 0.001 oz for XAG. Customer has to add deposit margin 7% into the platform before trading.
24. What gold products and brands are available through YLG? +
YLG offers a wide range of gold bullion products, including LBMA-approved gold bars, DGD bars and other internationally recognized refinery brands.
25. What is the minimum order for Physical Shipment? +
There is no minimum order, however, there will be extra charge $20 for shipment below the 25 kgs in Loco SG.
26. What currencies can I use to fund my account? +
We can accept currencies such as SGD and USD. Our team will advise the most suitable funding option based on your location and banking arrangements.
27. What products can I trade or purchase through YLG? +
You can trade Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium in our platform.
28. What are the premiums, discounts, and transaction fees? +
Usually, the LBMA new bars will be in Premium. We can also provide the Recycle bars with discount. Premium and Discount are based on the market situation. Our team will provide you the best Prm and Dis for you.
29. How does physical gold delivery work and what are the delivery charges? +
For the delivery of physical gold bars, we use BRINKS to arrange the delivery for you. Customer can also choose to hand carry themselves at Brinks if they prefer.
30. What is the minimum amount required to start trading bullion? +
The minimum investment amount depends on the product and account type. Please contact our sales team for the latest minimum funding requirements and available trading options.
31. How do I open a bullion trading account? +
You can open an account by completing the application form, providing identification documents, proof of address, and fulfilling the account funding requirements. Our team will guide you through the entire process.
32. How quickly can I withdraw my funds? +
Withdrawal processing times depend on the banking hours, can be at the same day.
33. Can I take physical delivery of my gold? +
Yes, we can arrange gold physical delivery for you with our logistic partner, Brinks. There will be shipping charges accordingly.
